Educator Training & School Consultation

Service Description

I provide professional development workshops and ongoing consultation services to help schools create supportive and inclusive learning environments for all students. My 2-hour teacher trainings, designed for in-service days and professional development opportunities, equip educators with practical, evidence-based strategies for addressing behavioral needs while fostering student engagement and success. I also offer classroom consultation and coaching for teams supporting students with behavioral needs who require additional individualized supports. Grounded in neuro-affirming practices, my training and consultation promote empathy, inclusion, and meaningful participation while honoring each student's unique strengths and needs in ways that are practical, sustainable, and do not add unnecessary demands to teachers' already full plates.
